The photo must have a resolution of at least 600 dpi. Head Position and Facial Expression The applicant’s head must be positioned straight and facing forward. The applicant must not smile in the photo. The eyes must be clearly visible. Background Requirements The photo must be taken against a white background. Glasses and Headwear Glasses are allowed only if they do not obscure the eyes and there is no glare in the photo. Headwear is not permitted, except when worn for religious or cultural reasons. Clothing and Accessories The applicant’s clothing must contrast with the white background. White tops must not be worn. Earrings are not permitted. Download the 4R sheet with multiple photos.
Check the requirements and use correct 4R photographic paper (matte, semi-matt or glossy paper).
Print the 4R sheet with no margins. Make sure the 4R picture fit exactly on the 4R photo paper.
Cut the 4R sheet along the gray lines and you will get multiple photos.
